Chocolate does not ship well in hot weather!!!!

How do you make your cookie bouquets?

    Our cookie bouquets are made with delicious cookies which are baked fresh in our store daily.   We have chocolate chip, and sugar.  They ship very well.

We do not ice the cookies in our arrangements.  We do wrap them individually for freshness.

What about the cookie cakes?

      They are absolutely delicious.  Our cookie cakes make great gifts, but have been known to become damaged in shipping.  We make every effort to make sure your cookie cake arrives in perfect condition, however, we cannot guarantee the condition due to the treatment of packages by the various shipping companies.

What type of candies are used in your candy arrangements?

    We use a blend of hard candies and Hershey's chocolates, however that is not the limit of our selection.  Our candy arrangements come with an assortment of full size candy bars.

Can you do special dietary requests?

Sugar free candies and cookies are available.

What can you do for corporate accounts?

    Many of our baskets and arrangements can be adapted to meet the needs of business.  Discounts are available for orders of 15 or more.  A strong recommendation would be  boxes of our delicious Missouri River Bottom Fudge.  It can be prepared in 1 and 2 pound boxes and makes an excellent gift.  It also ships very well.

How long do latex balloons stay a float?

    Our balloon bouquets are specially treated to ensure prolonged float time.  It is not unusual to have them remain afloat for over a week.

What areas do you serve?

 We are able to deliver any where in the greater Kansas City area.  Delivery fees do apply.

Can items be shipped out of town?

     Candy and cookie bouquets can be shipped any where.  It is recommended that chocolate candies not be shipped during the summer months, because they can be adversely effected by hot weather.  The customer is responsible for shipping fees.  Items are sent insured.

Is there anything you can't ship?

     It is recommended that chocolate candies not be shipped during hot weather.

    Balloons are not shipped inflated.  They can be effected by high temperatures

    and change in air pressure.

   Cookie cakes should not be shipped.

    Stuffed balloons can not be shipped.

How long does it take to receive my order if I live out of town?

    Orders are shipped Priority Mail or UPS.  The average time 2-3 days.  Overnight express service can also be used, however, the cost is significantly higher.
